On brand, efficient, pleasant staff, responsive when issues arose. We didn't do breakfast here as we generally like to try licsl restaurants in cities. Only gripes: dofa bed not very comfy (even for a sofa bed) and pool wasn't open - understandable because it was April and even public pools weren't ...

Hotel Regina
Spacious and modern room. Great staff very welcoming and helpful. Nice air conditioning. My room also has a Dyson hair dryer. Located in a very convenient location. Walkable distance to mostly all tourist attraction in downtown Madrid. Will consider to stay here again for the next Madrid visit

Gran View Apartments
This property is located right in the middle of Gran Via. Very good rooms. Courteous staff. It was a pleasant stay at this place. Only issue we had was with the washer/dryer. While it washed clothes, the multiple dryer cycles didn’t dry the clothes at all.
