“We were in town for a family get together and this worked perfectly for our family of four. We only stayed one night but we all agreed we'd stay here again. The only disappointment was the Wi-fi, it wasn't strong enough to support texting and we didn't have cell service. ”

“Kos grove cottage was a perfect location and home for 4 girlfriends celebrating many years of friendship. Our hostess, Heather, was very helpful! The house was exactly like the description and photos with a lovely screened porch, but too chilly for our fall stay. It could sleep more if needed, but perfect size for us. We enjoyed breakfast at Barb's Cafe, dinner at El Capitan. We also dined at Spiro's and Carlos Cantina in Iron Mountain. Our visits included Pine Mt Resort with ski jump and……

“We were in Villa 3 just for an overnight stay to warm up while working on property upnorth. There were 7 of us and we were comfortable. The fireplace was wonderful, the beds were amazing. Seamless check-in, very clean. Didn’t check out the restaurant but great to have right there. ”

“The perfect home for our entire family to meet for Christmas. Lots of room, a well appointed and equipped kitchen, two large dining area tables and close to town. Three of our grandkids were sad when we left because they were not going to be able to slide on the snow towards the lake.”

“Great place to stay at. We had no TV. We were told it was cloudy out and there is no tv when that happens. Isn’t that 90% of the year in the upper peninsula. ”

“The hot water for the shower didn’t get hot and didn’t have enough hot water for two of us to complete a shower this morning. The electrical outlets and the lamps by the bed did not work, which prevented us from reading in bed, which was not great. The bathroom hairdryer didn’t work and kept resetting, but couldn’t power on. The property was nice, but some of these issues were real deterrent from us coming back”
