“I cannot say enough about Atelier! We have been to Mexico roughly 20 times but this was our first stay at this resort, and it did not disappoint. Resort was impeccable, rooms were beautiful (my favorite of any resort I’ve stayed at) and the service was phenomenal. I wish I would have wrote down more names to shout out, but I did want to give a special review of our pool server, Damarys, who could not have been more outstanding!! She was so unbelievably accommodating and sweet to our entire……

“While most of the hotel staff were warm and welcoming, our experience at the steakhouse on November 10, 2024, was disappointing. Some staff, particularly an older female server and a curly-haired male server, were rude and impatient.
