Jimmi was a genuinely helpful and friendly presence throughout our stay, while Mia took care of all our tour arrangements, making things incredibly easy for us. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, which was a great start to each day. Overall, our trip to Hanoi was fantastic, and we are grateful for the excellent service we received. "

"Breakfast was available but I didn’t try. This hotel is at the center of everything, so most places were walkable. Lots of dining option. Hanoi is older so a lot of the outside noise could be heard from the rooms. But that’s the beauty If it all for Hanoi."

"4th time at this hotel - absolutely worth it. Location is perfect, next to many restaurants and close to Ben Thanh Market. The employees are wonderful in every possible way. Lounge is def worth paying a little extra. The rooms are very clean and has everything you need. Will def be back!"
