「Love the place!」

「Love it everything was perfect. Easy to communicate all the information was perfectly explain. House is even bigger than what you see on the pictures. I recommend it!」

「We loved the house. Plenty of space and lots to do between the pool, arcade room, and theater room. We also enjoyed the multiple clubhouse waterparks we had access to. We had a couple issues with the pool and a/c but property management resolved quickly. Highly recommend booking this house」

「My family and I really enjoyed staying at Phillip and Ambers property. The neighborhood was beautiful and they thought of everything- there were extra blankets and pillows, soap, games and even ponchos! I’m not sure that the cost for pool heat was worth it as it was still too cold to be tolerable but we made do inside. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and are grateful to our hosts for opening their home!」

「We just returned from a week long stay and were very pleased with the house! Everything was clean and as represented in the pictures and descriptions. There really was something for every member of our group! The house was also conveniently located to all the Disney parks. The only small issue we had was late night noise next door on one night. It didn’t last long, and you certainly can’t blame that on the property. Overall a wonderful stay!!」

「Very nice home with enclosed pool on the lake. We had some issues at check in with alarm code and owner was quick to offer help. We messaged owner about the in home temperature and thermostat not working but did not hear back through vrbo messaging, so we delt with it being 80-83 degrees inside the home. Luckily we were gone most of the day Saturday and Sunday for work functions and left first thing Monday morning. Wish we had more time to enjoy the property though, it was beautiful. The...

We went to Medieval Dinner Time, just 4 min from the house, really nice experience, and another day just at the pool. Planning to comeback soon!!! 「We absolutely loved this home!! Our daughter loved the princess room and our youngest son loved the Spider-Man room!! The home is very spacious!! The boys enjoyed nightly ping pong tournaments!! The televisions in every room was a lot of fun, the kids loved it!! The pool was a lot of fun!!! The pool and spa temps are perfect!!! Home is very refreshing without the Florida humidity. 「We were able to gather with family, spend time together under one roof. Laugh together, cook together, swim together and just basically reconnect. Dario, our host was fantastic. Would definitely stay again. If you're looking for a palatial mansion, keep looking, but if you're looking for a clean place with enough room for youre family in a nice neighborhood close to the essentials, here ya go」

「Great little place, clean & well kept, we had 2 adults and 1 teen and it was perfect. Plenty of linens and toiletries. Nice small kitchen and 2 tv’s. So close to Disney if that’s your destination. Another reviewer mentioned the bed is hard and yes it’s somewhat stiff, not ideal but you’re only there for a short time. I have back problems and it wasn’t a game changer. Located in a nice area and I saw security and police patrols often, seemed very safe. I would totally stay there again!」

「Perfect location for our Disney weekend」

「We had our family vacation at this property and it did not disappoint. There was something for all ages, and enough space and privacy for the baby to nap, the big kids really liked the lazy river and water slides, and I enjoyed the big kitchen, reading my book poolside and never having to hear I’m bored. ;) It was a short 20 minute drive to Disney Springs, and very close to the other parks and restaurants. You really can’t beat the location for a Disney trip.」

「This property is not yet ready for a vacation resort as advertised in your web site. It looks like some one bought a teardown apartment and in the process of renovating them into a resort. Most of the units look like a ghost house. Not even one full building is completely renovated. It is too pre-mature to host such a unit for rentals. Since I came to know of this in the last minute after physically seeing I had no choice but to stay there. I expected that booking packages from Expedia is safe...

「The property was perfect for our family. The rooms and bathrooms worked out nicely. The house was well stocked with cookware and towels. The only complaint I have is the bed pillows need to be replaced and some extra pillows would be helpful along with extra pillow cases.. There were a couple of extra pillows but some were so flat you had to put two together to count as one. The master bed has a big hump in the middle so that was interesting for sleeping but the bed was comfortable otherwise....

「We had really bad experience during last night.when we really exhausted after walk all day at the park and back to the room around 8:00 pm, we couldn't enter the room because the card doesn’t work, and we have to go downstairs with all my bag looking for help. Luckily I found a nice staff who found a specialist opened the door for us and tell me there’ll be someone send a new card to me. So we wait at room thought we will get the card a couple of minutes then we could go to the pool to get some...
