「The person at the front desk was very helpful, and parking was readily available, which made check-in convenient. However, there were a few issues that could be improved. The staircase had some garbage, the bedsheets had noticeable stains, there was no complimentary water bottle in the room, and no soap was provided in the washroom. These details felt a bit unprofessional. That said, the room was decent overall and served its basic purpose well for a short stay.」

「Very unclean. Dirty sheets, smoke detector low battery and beeped the entire stay. Staff spoke Chinese and my check in was in Chinese using a translator on the phone. Staff also told me they needed my credit card because I didn’t pay. Showed them receipts and everything and after 30 minutes they finally let me go. Found some bugs in the shower too. Not a good stay. Will never go again」
