“We were kept awake all night long by excessive banging from the person next to us who was trashing their room. We called multiple times throughout the night and nothing was done, there were no apologies or rectifications, during the day time that same person had a prostitute in their room, the children had to listen to the sex worker put on a show to say the least. We had to leave and did not get any rest that day either. Again no rectifying anything , I asked three times for the manager to……

“We booked last minute for 2 nights. At first we thought everything was fine. Then early in the morning (6am) we heard what sounded like someone breaking into glass, which was unsettling. It was very obvious that there were drug addicts staying at the hotel and it was a little unnerving. However the beds were very comfy, didn’t love that pet fees are per night, it should just be one fee. I wouldn’t stay here again due to safety. ”
