"Room was very quiet considering how close to the elevator we were. No variety in pillows, all were extremely soft and almost disappeared when you laid down. Included breakfast was just ok, significantly less variety then when we had stayed in the past. Overall would stay again"

"The location is a bit away from the town center, but the two level outdoor onsen is amazing. We experienced an issue about the air-conditioners; luckily, with the help of Takeshima san who is proactive and understanding, it’s solved."
