"Convenient location, good staff etc but the elevators are infuriating lol 1 elevator per tower so you wait like 5 mins for an elevator. Tiny but clean rooms, not super close to any convenience stores but it wasn’t a bad location."

"Great location that’s a little more peaceful area, away from the craziness of Shinjuku shopping district but just a short bus ride away or a nice walk! The restaurant is incredible. The bakery is amazing and our room had a great view of the cool Metropolitan government building and beautiful park."

"Clean room though very small. A queen bed is more like a double bed for North American standards, and the AC did not work well, which made the sleep difficult. The hotel is not central unless youre just going for the baseball stadium. "
