「We are waiting for the transfer company to take us back to the Cancun airport. Had a great time. The king deluxe room fit our needs well. Didn't stay in the room much since discovering the island was so much fun and lots to do. A golf cart was necessary for our adventures. 「The room was perfect, clean, and spacious. Just what the photos showed and the bed was very comfortable. Staff though, was non-existent. We never figured out your internet as the code didn't work. Also, the hot tub was not hot and we could not find anyone to turn the heat on. Repeated messages to the hotel got no response. We did not find out until halfway through our stay that there was a communal kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, and pots and pans for cooking. The...

「We stayed in one of the rooms with a plunge pool. It was fantastic! We had a great view of the beach and ocean. The bed was comfy and the room was well situated. The hotel is located right on Playa Norte across from another resort. The ocean is so blue and beautiful and there were a lot of fish that would swim near you. The staff was very professional and friendly, especially Alexander. We would definitely stay here again.」
