「The front desk staff was welcoming and very helpful. However, the evening cocktail reception from 5:30pm-7:30pm did not adhere to what was promised as part of the guest experience. We walked in at 7:15pm and there were no snacks at all. When I pointed out to the server there’s no snacks left and to kindly fill it, he told us “Sorry it’s closed.” I then gently reminded him the hours of operation of the evening cocktail reception and he said he will “ask his supervisor”. 「非常差，居然没有配套的早餐。并且没有装修完就营业。凌晨一点多下飞机两点check-in，结果一到六点楼上楼下各种钻机敲打声还有震动。。。就差没跳楼。。。并且下午回房间卡失效，要旁边的清洁阿姨开房居然非常嫌弃地拒绝服务。。。」
