“Our didn’t get off to a good start. The hotel over booked and they had no suites for our family of five. They gave us two rooms next to one another that did not connect. It’s was like we were on two separate vacations. We finally got the room we paid for on the third day of our seven day trip. Most of the staff were courteous and polite. The food was decent enough. There was a good bit of variety for our three picky kids. The buffets were a time saver. The entertainment was good with a good……

“The overall experience was fantastic!! Staff were very polite and helpful. The pools were amazing. Some on the amenities were outdated but not horrible. The worst part about our stay was having to call room service at least twice during our stay to come clean our room as it wasn’t done while we were out and we’d be gone about 4/5 hours.”

Fuimos a Punta Cana buscando descanso y terminamos en un lugar desorganizado, ruidoso, incómodo y con un nivel de atención que da vergüenza. Lo primero y más grave: el aire acondicionado de la habitación no funcionaba. En un hotel en Punta Cana eso no es un detalle menor, es algo básico y obligatorio.……
