"Just a really nice overall stay great facilities kept up well. Very nice resort and a great little waterpark and pool for the kids. Prices of course are a bit high at things like the pool bar, but I believe you should expect that going to a nice JW Marriott resort so it’s not unexpected. Staff was all very helpful and nice. "Came here for a weekend getaway, which was amazing. We upgraded our room to the zen suite (awesome!), but I'm sure a standard room would also have been great. The suite had a wraparound balcony with fantastic views of the ocean and marina. Access to the beach was easy--we each had our own chair and umbrella, and it was fun to be able to order food and drinks to the beach. "My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay there at Marenas. When we walked into the room, it was a wow factor, and we enjoyed every amenity there. The deck off of the master bedroom and living room is so huge. We spent most of our time there relaxing."

"Everyone complains about the elevator it isn’t bad sometimes it takes a few minutes but if you’re that concerned use the stairs quit being lazy. Other than that it’s amazing Walmart across the street. Good restaurant down the road as well "

Some reviews have complained about the elevators, but only once did we have a long wait around 10:30 in the morning. The beach was very crowded but that was to be expected around spring break time. "Our stay at hotel Smart Brickell was amazing beautiful interior beautiful staff very friendly. Our room was beautiful. Valet parking near all restaurants and shopping was definitely a great choice."

"We liked the neighborhood and close by restaurants, particularly Bakan and Maman. The rooftop pool/patio is lovely. The apartment is nicely furnished. We wished we could get local tv channels. Also the excellent coffee maker would have been useful if you provided more than a single serve packet of coffee."
