"While booking a last minute trip to Redding, the usual place I stay was booked. Americana was available, so I thought I’d give it a try. I’m glad I did. After driving from Sacrememnto Airport late at night, the welcoming staff got me setup with my room quickly so I could get some rest. The room was great and clean, and the parking was easy. One of my favorite things is the location. It was easy to get to, but also once I was in Redding, I walked almost everywhere because the hotel is downtown. Theory became a usual spot for me since it was only a couple of blocks away. I can’t wait to stay there again. "

"Check-in was easy, the pool and hot tub were not open. We did search by that being an option but it was too cold to use anyways so was not a big deal. We also got a late check out just for an hour but they did not communicate that so a house cleaner opened the door while we were in the room."
