"Clean beyond expectation! We spent 4 nights here and did day trips from Blanding. The space was “ tiny”…but had a king bed that was wonderful. "This is the perfect location for a home base. We were an hour from Mesa Verde, Hovenweep, Arches, Canyonlands-Needles District, and Natural Bridges. There was even more within a 90 minute drive. Our problem is we didn't book a longer vacation. The view of the Abajo Mountains from the living room was awesome. There was a hawk nesting in one of the pines in the back yard. "Picture's do absolutely no justice to this house and its surroundings, The owners were gracious and checked on us several times. Outside temps hit 17 and the inside was nice and cozy. Only thing I would change was having more time to spend there. Will be going back. The view of the Dolores river out the back is nothing short of amazing."
