“The room was fine. It was smaller then it looked in the pictures. It's near the road where they were doing road construction all night. We got little sleep.”

“Pros: good and safe location, nice breakfast, friendly staff, close to beach, no bugs. Cons: no elevator, connecting doors must be made from cereal boxes because it’s like they’re in your room. Absurdly overpriced during spring break. ”

“Very clean hotel & excellent location. The breakfast area/lobby is too small and can get cramped in a hurry but that is an overall design problem of this entire chain rather than an issue at this particular location. I can recommended it with no reservations.”

“Well, there are pros and cons for this place. The big pro is it’s literally just right on the beach. Great outdoor chairs, hammocks, loungers and picnic tables. The size of our 2 bedroom rental was good for our family of 5. Good water pressure and lots of hot water. Cons: the unit was very shabby, large cracks in floorboards in main bedroom and in bathroom. Chair in second bedroom outer layer was worn through. Unit was only superficially clean, floors were still dirty, found lots of old hair and……

“Location is nice; in a historic city an hour from Orlando, nice view of the Indian river right across the street. The front facade of the building looks beautiful and new, but the rest of the exterior of the hotel looks old and run down. The reception area also looks old and dingy, but luckily the inside of my room looked very fresh, new, and clean, although some areas of the floor did leave our feet dirty. The complementary shampoo and soap smelled wonderful, and all utilities/features worked……

“Cleanliness was A+, updated inside and bedding was above typical “motel” quality. Staff was responsive and accommodating. Only negative,and it couldn’t be helped,was noise (close to road,railroad tracks), but they supplied ear plugs!”

“You need to drive from Anthony's to get to food and stores, but access to the beach is wonderful. There is also a covered place to sit back from the beach and watch the waves.”

“Unfortunately we were locked out our first night and had to sleep in the car. I never received an email that the check in code changed after entering and didnt have a new code to get in my door. Additionally i emailed the owner after booking to confirm it was okay to leave my car while I went in a 7 day cruise. The owner said it was not problem at all and told me the spot number to park in. Upon return from our cruise we had a sticker from law enforcement saying it was going to be towed.……
