「Good staff nice location 」

「Glad to see Santa Cruz is updating and continuing to update. This hotel is in a prime location. It’s a nice and clean hotel. The staffs were friendly and very helpful. Parkings are limited. Our beach front view from our balcony was beautiful, minus the homeless tent in front us (on the beach sidewalk) and the homeless guys shooting up heroine. No worries. He left people a lone. 」

「The boardwalk, wharf and the beach was walking distance. On site restaurant was very nice to have drinks, breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is a long trail to walk along the property. 」

「When we arrived at around 1pm, I asked front desk if we can check in earlier, they said no room available at the moment, told me to come back at around 2.30pm, so we came back at 2.30pm, they said they’re still cleaning the room, told us either waiting at the lobby or they contacted us when the room is ready, so we chose wait at the lobby. Eventually we only can check in at 3.30pm, they even didn’t apologize for the delay. Also they only provides valet parking for $25, actually we managed to...
