「Love the Hotel. The service was impeccable. There was a storm on our visit, management and staff was very comforting, available and corresponded at all times on the activities. The cocktails by the bars were amazing. I will definitely go back.」

「We booked an all-inclusive package. Upon check-in, we were informed that dinner reservations were required. We specifically asked which restaurant served seafood and lobster in the evening, only to find out later that all lobster dishes came with an additional charge. Isaac and Hector where our butlers. I can’t express enough how incredible they were. Everyone made us feel welcome and at home. One & Only palmillas has a life long customer with my wife and I. Room was immaculate, spa was a treat, and we love how you enter the lobby at the top floor and descend into the hotel. As frequent guests, we see the hotel getting older, but it is well cared for and the team was anxious to make sure we had a great stay.」
