She was tending to her clothes at the front desk. The facility was dirty and no one made an effort to clean. The same snot rag on the floor of the elevator was the at check in and check out. The lobby bathroom was short on toilet paper and the outdoor space was full of smokers."

"I have stayed at the Plaza Hotel in El Paso at least 3 times while driving cross country! It’s a 5-star experience every time. Staff are friendly and professional, and the facility is excellently maintained. The valet parking is fast and efficient. The hotel is close to I-10 so it helps to quickly get on and off I-10! I’ll definitely stay there again!"
