「Very quiet; nice and tranquil. Clean & comfortable. Very nice greeting from the care taker when we arrived. Air conditioning was great.」

「The room was clean and very convenient to downtown Apalachicola. The only major issues were that the AC did not work the entire time of our stay and we were locked out of the main entrance. We reported the AC problem and never received a call back or response. The digital lock had to be reset and finally we were able to access our room to check out.」

「The front office helped me recover my bag that I left on the sidewalk. They even helped me book a new room and had my bag waiting for me when I arrived later that evening!」

「I enjoyed my stay at the Franklin Inn. Coming back into Carrabelle during the July 4th holiday to visit family friends/ god-kids and to move out of my previous studio was a lot but thankfully The Franklin Inn made the beginning of my leg of the trip easy and comfortable. Thank you!」

「Although the property is old, it is well-maintained. The room had a slight musty odor when we opened the door , but after running the A/C for an hour or so, the odor was pretty much gone. However, the room was clean and comfortable. The staff were wonderful..very accommodating and helpful.」

「The Coombs Inn and Suites was a unique place - an old Victorian style house with all the furnishings to match. Our room was very spacious. We had a claw foot bathtub with a raindrop showerhead. The tub was not safe to climb in and out of and the shower head the drops felt like needles hitting my body. The entire place is digital access with Direct Key which was often a pain when you had your hands full. The staff that was around in the morning at breakfast were very friendly and the...
