「The location was convenient for our needs. It was quiet. The listing did not let you know that you had to leave your room for your “private “ bath. The listing stated there was air conditioning, there was a fan. Wayne was friendly and personable.」

「First of all I want to start with the positives because there were some. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were well equipped, spacious and clean. Unfortunately that is all the positives. First issue was the staff there were very unhelpful and did not abide by their own rules. The first thing you see, and plastered all over the hotel, are signs stating this is a smoke free hotel. However on the first night there were people smoking in their rooms. You could smell it all from outside the...

「The only thing nice was the price. I am glad it was just myself and my son on this trip. Really not in a great area. Lots of police activity, an abandoned mall down the street with lots of late night activity after dark. Rooms were dirty. Bedding was clean, but found some hairs in the towels and the floor was covered in grit. Did not feel 100% safe at this location. Wifi signal did not reach the room reliably which made the television somewhat useless. Kept going from 1 bar to 0 and dropping...

「The hotel was immaculate, the breakfast was excellent and, when we checked in, (we did reserve a room, but it was late evening), we got to choose the floor we wanted to be on and the location of the room even though they had 10 rooms available. I liked having that choice😊 We will stay again.The cost was very good, too.」

「There are not enough words to explain how disgusting and dirty and repulsive everything and that hotel was, the sheets were not clean. The bedspread was stained with human fluids. The TV remote control was broken. There was bugs on the sink, cigarette stains all over the tub. The toilet was dirty, and that was the first room we went into and then the second room was exactly the same however, the tack strip that attaches the rug in the threshold of the bathroom was exposed, and I stepped on it...

「Lovely updated property. Small pool and had issues with the AC in the gym but the lovely staff, nice breakfast and clean updated amenities made up for it. I would return.」

「Property is a good value for a 2 night stay. Close to everything that is Springfield and right off the highway. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast included is particularly helpful on a Sunday morning departure where just about the only thing open for breakfast nearby is Starbucks. Most restaurants in the immediate proximity were closed for the day.」

「This hotel was one of the worst hotels I’ve been to. I loved the location as it was very close to the airport. The hotel was very dirty especially the bathrooms and the pillows were cushions. I had to go out and purchase my owns pillows. I will not stay here again.」
