“Didn’t realise our first room was shared bathroom and wasn’t suitable with a young teenage girl called reception if they had a room with a private bathroom in which the lady kindly moved our room to accommodate that, no questions asked or additional fee, the lady on the desk was lovely and very helpful! ”
