「Michael at the front desk was warm and very helpful」

「Rooms were nice and clean, check in swift and staff friendly. Had the worst nights sleep of my life though. Had to move rooms at 12am as couldn’t get to sleep in my first room due to a constant drone sound from a pump in the building. Reception staff moved me immediately. Finally settled down in the new room only for the fire alarm to go off at 2am. I’m sure my experience would’ve been fine had it not been for those problems」

「Staff went out of their way to provide an excellent service and deal with queries, all of them, and we spoke to about six during our 3 night stay. Wi-Fi was a problem however, partly due to local geography. Would it not be simple just to put in an ID and a password which could be contained in room info? Breakfast was excellent, as was the restaurant but it was a surprise not to have a "help yourself" area with cereal, yoghourt, fruit and juices for those who do not want a cooked breakfast. I...

「Lovely setting, great welcome, food superb, staff friendly and helpful We had the suite (kingfisher) which was an excellent room except for a radiator being stuck on in the bathroom. The lady in charge (lovely lass) managed to get it sorted as the outside temp was up in the 30’s!!! If I have any criticism of the room, a little use of bleach would have gone a long way but please don’t let that put you off. The place is very very good. 「Lovely room lots of character. The food is excellent and clearly very popular indeed the local area, definitely reserve a table. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They had a breakfast sandwich ready for me to leave early for work which was much appreciated. Will definitely stay again 」
