It took about 30 minutes to get t he info emailed to me. Once we checked in, the bathroom sink was plugged, the garbage disposal did not work, the microwave did not work, no hot water in the kitchen a and the floors were filthy. "First time at a Drury. The lobby was inviting and the attendant was helpful and professional. The hotel as a whole was super clean. Our room looked like it was brand new. Bed and pillows were great. The breakfast was really good and the kitchen staff were attentive and just fun to talk to. Memorial Stadium, Haymarket and Pinnacle Arena are within walking distance. Great place to stay!"

"Everything offer was excellent! It was very clean. Staff was very helpful. The shower was very nice with hot water. I didn't expect a warm breakfast which was a treat. Very friendly to our two dogs. The parking lot was well lit and safe. I always hope for a hot tub but, for the price, I was very satisfied. ."

"Staff could have been more helpful. I was trying to find a handicap parking but directions were not clear to park in the garage. Plus host didn’t know the difference between wings. He responded that four wings were with one bone. But the other pieces had two bones. I tried not to laugh."
