“The room I booked (deluxe suite with double queen beds in a separate bedroom and sofa sleeper in rhe living room) wasn't available although the desk attendant said the computer said the room should be available, but he couldn't figure out exactly which room number it was, so they put us in a different room. That room was dirty. I pulled out the sofa sleeper and the mattress cover was yellow and dirty and the sofa sleeper mattress had urine stains on the underside. And there was a ziploc bag……

“The breakfast was warm and fresh. Good meal to start the day. The staff was very friendly each morning and very courteous with opening doors or holding open the elevator. Each morning they had inspiring quotes and a riddle on a dry erase board. Very clean hotel with keeping lobby and breakfast area up kept with wiping down tables and mopping foyer. Parking was very easy and convenient. ”

“I checked in at 3 AM with my three boys, exhausted and just hoping to get some rest, only to walk into our room and find a cockroach. Completely unacceptable, especially when traveling with kids. To make matters worse, Expedia is refusing to refund my money until they speak with a manager—but the manager won’t take any calls. So we’re stuck dealing with a disgusting situation and zero support. Save yourself the stress and stay far away from this property.”
