“The room is perfect for a solo traveller doing a short stay of London! You are a very short walk from the underground and the area is fairly quiet and felt very safe at night. The host was absolutely lovely and super quick with messages and very helpful with check in. You are provided with plenty of helpful amenities which make the stay a super pleasant one.”

“Overall the apartment was lovely and everything that was advertised but I was really disappointed with the check in process as not told how to get into building/ into room until we called and they then an hour later sent a email saying that the room is open and key on table.”

The biggest problem by far was the temperature in the room. It was around 28–30°C outside, but the room reached 31.5°C. The window only opens a small amount, so it is impossible to cool the room down in the evening. Sleeping comfortably was very difficult. The online reception was also disappointing. It took over 30 minutes to get a concrete……

But the area was really loud, the air con doesn’t work and despite being told “if you have any issues with the temperature please let us know and we will do our best to help you” I had no response in the 2 nights we stayed and barely slept because it was 25.5° in the room. It’s a shame because it had the potential to be a nice place to stay.”
