"The facility is okay for the price. However, be aware the wifi is open and not secured. So, be careful before connecting your device with the wifi. Facility is not that clean. Okay for a budget hotel. No freezer in the room. "

From management down to house keeping they treat you with respect if you want to change rooms (at one point I wanted to switch sides) they let you. I even totally forgot about it and thought they did to nope they let me know we still have a room reserved for you if you want. "GPS sent me to Motel by way of exit 1C off of Interstate 295 S. That route is full if deep potholes that ruin my car's allignment and tires. That road does not belong to the Motel. Tell everyone to take exit 1 C instead."

"The first time we stayed everything was perfect, bed was comfortable and TV and refrigerator worked fine. The 2nd time we had to wait for maintenance to come fix the TV, the bed wasn't as comfortable and it made a lot of noise lol but overall our stay was good. "

"It was a good hotel, not too busy, served its purpose for the weekend, only downside was hot water was sporadic, it was hot, then cold briefly before getting hot, not a big deal, but I do enjoy a steady shower, whether hot or cold without fluctuation, no big deal tho, room was clean, staff was friendly, and it served its purpose for a cheap getaway weekend!"

"Excellent place to stay. Water gets hot. Heater actually works. Phones actually work. Tv/internet actually works. Limited parking but overall great. Wholesome couple runs and operates place. Very nice owners. Only issue is i dont think they mop the floors so make sure you wear socks or shoes inside. ! Or house slippers. Even better than some hilton hotels. Affordable as well"

They never returned mine for what reason I have none nor was I sent anything explaining why it wasn't returned. I did nothing but spend the night quietly by myself. "

"I like the facility location.i didn't like the fact i checked in and was charged for 2 nights that was already paid for thru expedia. Even though I prepaid I was still charged and now have to wait several days to get my refund. This is an inconvenience to me. This should not of happen if there was proper communication between expedia & riverview motel.. A phone call shouldve been made not an email to explain that my fees were already paid."
