“A Down-to-Realism Vacation Stay: Highly Recommended! ​My stay here was absolutely Excellent and I enjoyed every SINGLE DAY of it. Old Wooden Bridge Cottages & Marina (listed as a Resort on some websites) is the perfect spot if y'all are looking for a decently priced stay. To be realistic, it is not your expensive luxury Hilton-style hotel—but it is an excellent, authentic Keys experience .... We stayed in Cabin J7, which came with Beautiful views (especially Morning Time) and Convenient Private……

“Property was super clean room is super clean. We seen a manatee within 10 minutes of being here and other wildlife and Tarpon we liked it so much we even added on an extra day.”

“The grounds were nice and taken care of. The pool in the center of the hotel was a little dirty. The cleaning staff was not so good. We left the hotel at 9am every day and when we returned our room was not serviced. We had to either go get towels or text or call to request towels. When they came with the towels we had to get the old used towels and give them to the staff. One day when we requested towels they asked if we wanted the whole room serviced and we said yes please but it was never……

“This was the perfect place, right on the ocean and a full kitchen so you can cook your own meals. The room was very clean, I loved that they had a laundry basket and laundry detergent in the room for you, came in handy seeing as we stayed for 7 days. Amazing place to watch the sunset from a hammock and we got lucky enough to see some nurse sharks at the docks right outside of our hotel.”

“Stayed in oceanfront balcony on third floor. Room was very spacious. Balcony was big with two chairs, a table and a couch. Beautiful view from the balcony.”

“The host team is amazing and very responsive. The house is very beautiful inside and out. We loved grilling downstairs, so much room down there. We loved our stay here because it was very secluded, unlike Key West, where you are on top of each other. The location is perfect because you can still make it down to Key West in 25 minutes for activities and food.”

“Everything the description states is inaccurate. The Host was not available at any time, it plain as day states to contact host for gate code and I notified 24hrs before, I called at 1pm the next day, no response, I called at 3pm and texted that i would arrive at house by 5pm like check in states with no response, I stopped for lunch and my new arrival was at 6pm, which is the time I arrived at the house, I called several times to host for gate code, and no success again, It was frustrating I……

“3 bedroom villa was great. TV not the best but not really there to watch TV Tiki Bartenders were great! Parking is terrible if you own a larger vehicle. Food was pretty good. Definitely worth the price and would have no problem staying there again”
