"Horrible "

"The property was pretty run down. The bathrooms were tiny and dated. We were disappointed because we weren’t informed at all during our booking or even A heads up closer to that the water was going to be shut off on 2 out of 3 of our days from 11-5. Valet and the bell men were amazing and very helpful. One positive is that it’s attached to the mall and convenient. 1/2 the water slides weren’t in use due to construction and active sawing of the concrete under the waterslides which made a haze and a loud pitch whirring noise on top of all the noise of the water slide and kids screaming. Galaxyland rides weren’t all open because they didn’t have enough staff. And it was dirty and construction everywhere….. a bit disappointing…."

"Spacious rooms and good breakfast. It’s close to West Edmonton Mall and around 28-30 minutes away from the airport (YEG). My family loves it so much !"

"Stay was great! Awesome room comfortable bed and couch. Only frustration was trying to find the light switches in a dark room. And realizing there wasn’t any. Just manual lamp switches. lol so just confusing at first. Also took a bit to figure out fireplace. Would be a good idea to put room operating information in a booklet, that said we did not call front desk to ask as that would have been to easy. Will stay again and you should too!"

"Very loud guests shouting at each other at 2 am in the morning. Could not sleep. Renovation also did not help with noises in the morning."
