"There was a light bulb that needed to be replaced in the bathroom. I left it out for the housekeeping service but it was never changed. Also the toilet seat was not installed properly and housekeeping never came to my room. I did enjoy the shower though and I was comfortable. "

"there was a misunderstanding on room type reservation- i thought i reserved a 2-queen beds suite with a pull out sofa bed, ref and microwave. come to find out the room reserved was only a standard room of 2 queen beds. i ended up upgrading room typecto accommodate family needs. the staff/receptionist during check in was awesomely very helpful and accommodating. we are very appreciative of her kind accommodation.
