"Our cabin sits in the mountains and is surrounded by beautiful gardens with lots of flowers, tropical vegetation, and coffee trees. The room is spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. We were welcomed by Natalia and Beatriz with a delicious food basket. The breakfasts were healthy and very yummy. Beatriz introduced us to the attractions and even a local soccer game. Since my boys are huge soccer fans, we made the effort to drive back to watch the game, which was one of the highlights of our entire trip! Highly recommended!"

"It's a lowkey quiet place right across the street from the shuttle for the cloud forest. Staff was super friendly. We went during the off season, so it was super quiet. There's a shared office space for working from."

"I don’t recommend this hotel. Our room had zero ventilation so it got very hot and stuffy at night. There was no fan or ac so it was hard to sleep. There was zero housekeeping and when I needed items like toilet paper or a towel I had to find someone at the front desk - most of the time staff was no where to be found and the front desk was unattended. The hot water in the shower cut off halfway through my shower twice. The most upsetting thing was that we booked this hotel based on the fact it advertised a hot tub. We immediately wanted to use it once we checked in and found it completely cold. The pool was dirty and unkempt as well. They said they would turn it on but over the next few hours it only got marginally hotter, no where close to being an actual hot tub. Same thing happened the next day, it was very cold and wet out and we wanted nothing more than to relax in a hot tub. We go down in our bathing suits, cold once again. I’m sure they keep it off to save money but don’t advertise a hot tub if it’s never going to be kept hot. It was very disappointing."

"DON’T book with this place. The owner never gave us check in instructions and we had to find somewhere else to stay. Not even sure why the booking is still up if nobody gets let in. "
