「The property manager, Lady, was so helpful. She helped arrange tours for us and gave us information about what to do. Finding the place was a little difficult, as Waze didnt map it out correctly (initially I used Mountain Faro Hotel as it was named in expedia) so i had to stop and google address and remap with a different name. I used Mountain Faro B&B and waze mapped icorrectly then. Also office was closed when we arrived at 7pm. I had to find contact info on expedia to reach owner. She...

「The room that we chose was not we booked for but fine for a reason. The food and the staff was very great and so hospitable and accommodating in all ways. We love to stay again if opportunity arises.」

「Room and bed were comfy. Room has everything you need. It is fairly new. Suites are not near reception but they are in a quiet area.」

「El alojamiento es excepcional. Lugar muy limpio y nuevo. Situado al lado de Santa Elena. Cerca de los parques más importantes de actividades de canopy. Personal atento y amable. Buen desayuno. Las comunicaciones son un poco complicadas. Las carreteras, o mejor dicho caminos, son muy malos y en toda la zona es imprescindible tener un coche 4x4. 」

「這次我訂了一個沒浴室及廁所的房間，房間整潔，床也很舒服，唯一問題是通風不好，但因為在山區比較清涼所以可以接受，酒店的大堂有全日咖啡供應，同時服務人員亦會為你解答所有有關附近的旅遊資訊，他們態度友善。早餐有兩種選擇，一是水果乳酪及多士，另一我忘了是什麼，反正味道不太差。 不知道是碰巧定長期問題，我住的期間wifi接收不太好要在接待處用taco taco的。」

「Quiet and comfortable place to stay in Monteverde! Easy to grab a bus to the cloud forest or walk to the a couple of coffee shops/restaurants. There's also a waterfall across the street that you can swim in.」

「Perfect place in Monteverde. Rooms are large, beds are comfortable and clean, parking is right in front and it’s a 3 minute walk to most restaurants and stores. Staff were very friendly and easy going. Very minor thing but you can sometimes hear road noise - but all solved with some ear plugs! 」
