Pros: The hotel is very nice and new, rooms are comfy and big, food at the buffet and a la carte restaurants is great, the beach is awesome and the staff is everything you wish for in hospitality.
Cons: The animation staff was not what we expected and im sorry to say but when you travel to a different country you expect to see, enjoy and learn from their culture but when instead you find that almost the entire animation staff is from a foreign country it just makes no sense. Dominican culture should be only represented by Dominican people, i have nothing against any country, it was just a confusing and kind of weird experience. This place is fairly new and i know Miches is in development now so i really hope things change in the future at Viva Miches when it comes to animation. Dominican talent, men and women, are the best at representing their culture and history."
