"This place feels like home away from home. The suite felt comfortable, clean, and very quiet. The cleaning staff answered and delivered when I needed extra amenities or cleanings. They were friendly and helpful! I’d definitely stay here again due to the low cost and easy access to the metro rail and shopping!"

"I came from Orlando for the best of the best concert in Miami memorial Day weekend. Here's the gag and nobody tells you. Incidentals was $45 a night. There is no I repeat no on-site parking valet only. That's $35 a night 24/7 valet in which they'll gladly take from your $45 a night incidental fee. Street parking in front and around the hotel it's $3.85 an hour with the max of 10 hours. Is through an app you have to download there is absolutely no parking that doesn't cost. That would have been useful information for me before I booked this hotel. I never stayed at a hotel who didn't have some sort of free parking even if it was street parking. On a better note they do serve you a hot breakfast included pancakes, eggs, sausage, fruit, cereal and yogurt. There's also pool table in the lobby that was unexpected fun.I wouldn't even say the staff was necessarily friendly but if you have a question they'll answer it I mean they're not rude but customer service could be better. Overall 7 out of 10."

"Here’s the revised version: Be aware that some of the amenities advertised by this hotel were either unavailable or not functioning during my stay. The amenities listing was misleading and did not match what was actually offered. In addition, guests were allowed to play loud music throughout the night, which made it difficult to rest and negatively impacted the overall experience. I strongly recommend calling the hotel directly before booking to confirm the availability of any amenities that are important to you and to inquire about the hotel’s policies regarding noise and guest disturbances."
