“Good stay”

“We had a great stay! The unit was spacious enough and served our needs perfectly. Was quite impressed with the host/property management who were very responsive and prompt anytime we messaged them with a question or issue. Other than the minor glitch sorting out the parking, it was the perfect venue. The minor glitch with the parking was certainly not nearly a big enough deal to prevent us from staying there again in the future. ”

“This property is quite "spartan" and the photos are deceiving - there is a love seat in the living room with a very short chaise that is the only seating; checking in was very difficult as the Concierge was nowhere to be found for at least 20 minutes then you are handed a "fob" but no instructions how to use it and this is required for all doors and elevators if it had not been for the kindness of other Residents we would still be standing in the lobby! The underground parkade is a nightmare -……

“The listing itself was fine, but the check-in process was a serious problem. Keys are held at a convenience store 10 minutes away — which would be workable, except the store's hours had changed and it was closed when I arrived late at night. The host had explicitly assured me keys would be available 24/7, so I had made no backup plan.I was left without access to the rental and had to find and pay for alternative accommodation at the last minute. The host was responsive over messages but……
