「The property is in a beautiful location. The condo we stayed in was very cold and there seemed to be an insulation problem in the entry way. There was a heater in each bedroom but the bathroom was freezing. The condo was a bit dated but had a great view of the lake. 」

「Perfect location when travelling with children. I would highly recommend the location. The pool was fun at night and the hot tub was great for the adults to enjoy after a long day skiing. The restaurant in Caribou Highlands had great service and the staff was very friendly. The food was also good. The accommodations were great beds were comfortable. Nice big shower in the room. 」

「What a perfect setting in the woods and close to everything ie. Lutsen and Grand Marais. A few initial small glitches; however, Mr. Smothers was MORE than accommodating especially given it was Thanksgiving day. Pool was closed; however, the public pool in Grand Marais was open. A setting were several quiet walks with family was very relaxing and therapeutic! I HIGHLY recommend THE HIBERNATION HOUSE! 」
