“We had a wonderful stay! The rooms have been beautifully updated, were very clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, making for a great night’s sleep. The staff made our visit even better—the ladies at the front desk were friendly, welcoming, and helpful with anything we needed. We would definitely stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to others.”

“The suite is old, and so may not appeal to everyone. It doesn't have AC so could be a hot box in summer, but there are plenty of fans and lots of open windows. There is lovely, tiny balcony off the kitchen, facing the back garden. I stayed for just one evening and was quite comfortable. The place suited me perfectly. A must is to walk around the acre or so garden. Margaret is a lovely, friendly host. She recommended a decent restaurant just a couple of hundred metres away. I sampled the……

“The hotel was okay, but felt a little outdated. The room itself was fine, but the sheets did not seem fresh. They actually smelled like someone had slept in the bed before. We paid for the room online the night before, and at check-in they only asked for a credit card for damages. Later, we noticed a $16 charge. When we called, they said it was for complimentary water and coffee. If it’s complimentary, why charge at all? They did say they’d refund it, but the situation felt wrong. I’d recommend……
