“This is the third time I’ve stayed in this hotel. The first time was perfect. The last two times they were issues my second time it was extremely noisy, banging on walls all night and people standing and talking in front of my door. This time I was putting in a room where the air conditioning could not be adjusted. It can only be set to 64°, which was extremely cold. Each day I am told a manager reach out to me, but they never do forgiven false promises of a discounted rate.”

“The staff was very welcoming and every interaction was simple and easy. The room was spacious and the bed really comfortable. The bathroom is starting to show its age. Breakfast was ok. For an overnight stay, it was good enough.”

“Overall the property was neatly kept. Some of the carpets and furnishings were slightly worn, but clean. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice, always hot, and kept full despite a traveling kids soccer team eating their fill.”

“I reported the AC issue on the first day. I was told it was functioning normally, but the constant noise made it difficult to rest. We stayed three nights before being moved, and I feel that significantly affected our stay Furthermore, they knew perfectly well that the air conditioning in that room wasn't working properly, yet they still allowed the guest to stay there.”

“The hotel was always super clean and everyone was friendly, only one issue. I booked on Expedia and had a pet when I arrived. The lady at the desk didn’t know how to do that so she just charged me me the $150 deposit. The next day the lady knocked on my door for 5 mins to collect the pet fee. I wasn’t there, my husband was in shower and the dog went crazy. She saw me coming up the elevator and said I need to collect the pet fee I said ok. Came down a few mins later she said she reversed the 150……

“We had a third floor room in a middle building. There were no usual amenities like shampoo or coffee in the room. It was quite a walk from our room, down a moldy elevator to the office for morning coffee which was already cold The room was too small for two beds crammed against the walls with room between for only one person to get into and out of bed. Very inconvenient for two elderly people. We have paid the same price for much better stays in other Motel6’s.”

“Absolutely terrible experience. Our Father’s Day weekend was completely ruined. Upon checking in, we immediately noticed the AC in our room wasn’t working. After reporting the issue, we waited over four hours before being provided with a portable AC unit. Unfortunately, the unit was incredibly loud, making it nearly impossible to sleep. Our 2 year old struggled all night because of the constant noise. To make matters worse, the bathroom had not been cleaned before our arrival. The shower was……

“Needed to extend my stay for an extra night due to work. Asked to reserve the extra night thru expedia. By mistake 2027 was selected. When trying to correct this I was not refunded for the mistake reservation. Lost $300 dlls. Still to payed for the correct reservation 2026 date.”

“Very clean, room was ok but the bed was above a metal base that made too much noise anytime you laid down, got up, or even moved. My room only had a shade, I would’ve preferred curtains due to the fact that people passing by could see through the sides. The receptionist and manager were very kind and helpful.”

“We had 3 different rooms ..the 1st room toliet wasn't working properly. The 2nd room the tub water was running and wouldn't shut off and the 3rd room had little water pressure and was hot hot . Not impressed. Will never stay again Sad thing I stayed there like 10 years ago and it was fine....they need to fix it up and do regular maintenance on it But the lady at the front desk was pretty nice and tried to help”
