「Simply charming. Located just a block from the Old Town and surrounded by medieval buildings, churches, and towers. Everything was perfect; the breakfast was delicious and made to order. The fruit, bread, and jams were fresh—no preservatives or pre-packaged products. The person in charge of the kitchen was very kind and attentive. The rooms were lovely, featuring antique furniture, and ours offered incredible views of the Tuscan landscape. We were treated like royalty. Furthermore, the location...

「It’s seen its best day a while ago. Basic necessities for an overnight, but I wouldn’t choose it again.」

「Beautiful property with beautiful views. Rooms are large and accommodated my family of 5people comfortably. We got the apartment. Every room very clean and well kept. Staff at check in were very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this property」

「Our apartment was very clean and spacious. Rachel our host and her husband were very accommodating and helpful. This spot is close to the train station and a really good kebab spot as well as a pastry/coffee/drink just steps away. We were able to cook our meals and slept very well.」

「We were promised a room with valley view but got a room with town view and it couldn't be changed. Also the listing on Expedia mentions a kitchenette which is not accurate as the rooms do not have that. We were offered to free of charge be upgraded to an apartment after the first night, but we decided to just stick with the room. In the end the room was very nice, the windows soundproof so we didn't hear the church bells at all, nor the traffic. Great stay in the end!」

「Beautifully kept, pool was great. Rooms are spacious and nice. Restaurant, breakfast and dinner was great.」

「WI-FI service was down for 2 days and the air conditioner is not cool enough」

「Spacious two bedroom apartment, comfy bed, nuc stay」

「Quiet and comfortable.」

「Perfect location and wonderful historical building」

「這是一個像義大利庭園住宅般的飯店，房間都蠻大的，而且冷氣夠涼。若是晚上八點以後到達，可以跟飯店聯絡，取得自助check in的辦法。從車站走路就可以到。」

I understood it’s a property with history, just completely opposite from the pictures they presented online. Breakfast is served 8am-11am. Funny thing is, even if we arrived before 10am, basic item like scrambled egg was all gone and never refilled. What’s the point of...
