After my Husband got upset they ended up switching us to a room that was ready across the hall. We don't know why it took my husband getting upset for them to not have done that in the first place."

Fitness center was improved from prior visit and was clean with full water cooler and empty trash cans, but no towels for wiping down equipment after use."
