"The location was terrific. Access to amazing restaurants were walking distance. Easy travel to Convention Center of Lakeshore. The staff was wonderfully accommodating and friendly. Service was respectful, prompt and everyone had a welcoming smile. Parking adjacent to the hotel made it fast , easy to get our car. Breakfast buffet was good too. Gym in the basement nice w machines and dumbbells."
