"The staff were so great from the front desk to the dining room-all excellent and so friendly! The breakfast was one of the best we’ve had in a hotel. I can find nothing to criticize-just a very nice stay!!"

"The hotel was very nice and the room was spotless. Decor throughout was upscale and all staff members I encountered were friendly. The restaurants were all good to great with the exception of the Burger Joint, where I encountered slow service and an unkempt dining area. The casino was tight, but offered a good variety of games, although the games in the non-smoking area were dated. I had an issue at check in but Kesia took care of it to my satisfaction. I have already recommended this property to others."

"No, the room was dusty actually. The staff was fabulous!!! Loved the lap pool!!!! We enjoyed our stay and the furry robes were a real plus! Thanks for the bday wishes! The food was to die for!!! Real pleasure to spend my 65th bday with the Elms!!!"
