「The food in the hotel restaurant was excellent, but the portions especially the sides were way too much. Wasted food. Consider reducing amount of fries, onion rings, etc. We ate breakfast and dinner in the hotel every day Jessica, restaurant server, was outstanding, very personable, professional and was very attentive to all our needs. Jessica is definitely the employee of the month. 」

「The service and the attention was awesome. I do have little small concern about the bathroom tub. It was very slippery when taking a shower. Now, this next item is about the server in your restaurant, named Kathy. She was very attentive, very concise, and very concerned about my needs. 「We loved our stay, especially the staff! Lola, Sharlene, Emma & all the others were great. I feel like I’ve known Lola forever! She was so kind and helpful! The food was great & our room was good. 1 problem: Our TV didn’t work Friday night or Saturday morning. We’re big sport’s fans, that was draft night & basketball play offs. Not good! We thank all of you for being so kind, accommodating, patient & lots of fun! Jon & Barb Baker」

「Comfort Inn Hall of Fame was clean, quiet and conveniently located near the Pro Football Hall of Fame. Pleasant staff. Complimentary breakfast was decent. We had a slight issue with the toilet and less than 10 minutes someone came and took care of the issue. 」
