「This was our first real visit to Chicago. We picked location and no frills. Honestly, the staff here made our experience exceed expectations to a point that we'll be coming back. Great location, family-oriented, easy city access, SAFE, clean, and very unique (in a very cool way) upon entry. Guys, the elevator is cute, no big deal. During the right weather with the beach nearby, what else could you need?」

「This was my second time attempting to stay at this hotel, and I had previously stayed here for a period of time, so I had a certain level of trust in this property. However, this experience was very disappointing. Due to a necessary name correction on the reservation, Expedia assisted in updating the guest name, and I presented the updated information to the front desk upon arrival. Unfortunately, due to a system synchronization delay on the hotel’s side, the updated information was not visible...

「Room stunk of cigarettes although the listing says no smoking permitted. When mentioned to staff there was no accommodations made even when I stated it was causing my asthma’s attacks. Listing stated there is parking but the lot fills up at night when mentioned to staff i had no parking I was told it was my problem. Heavy prostitution going on in this area. I do not recommend. No fridge no microwave. Save your time and money.」
