"We stayed here for two nights while attending a service at the church. The owners are charming and nothing was too much trouble. The accommodation was adequate for the two nights, we found it difficult to maintain the heat balance in the room and it was fairly chilly in the pub , the good food and atmosphere made up for this. "This sad accommodation could hardly be called a hotel. Whilst friendly, the two on-site members of staff could only speak limited English. There was no management present over the weekend. The double room was uncomfortably small with virtually no storage facilities. The bathroom had been 'shoe-horned' in and again had no shelves for toiletries etc. Breakfast was very DIY, with a kettle, toaster, and Tupperware boxes of cereal in the Bar come restaurant breakfast area.
