「The property had a lot of families with kids, which made it quite loud throughout our stay. On the first night, we had a serious issue in our room—the bathroom door locked automatically and we were unable to access it until maintenance arrived the next morning. When we called the front desk, they did not seem surprised and suggested using a paper clip to unlock the door, which did not work.
