“Hotel is supposed to provide housekeeping every other day, which is first indication that service is not typical of Marriot property. When asked on second day for housekeeping to provide service, was met with rude response about every other day service only, so asked if minimally could supply toilet paper since minimal was provided (used roll) from beginning , as well as dry towels as no where to hang used to dry. Neither happened. On third day went out first thing expecting service, came……

“Had a great time here. Cheryl at the front desk was AWESOME! And idk how many cookies you’re allowed but I got two! Haha anyway, that was fun perk I had forgotten about with Doubletree. The hotel location is a bit interesting that said, lots to do around it! Room was really nice and I loved the color palette of the hotel. I booked it because I liked how different it was. Didn’t disappoint- would stay here again!”

“Things werent that clean in my room. the fridge was left open and there was no coffee pot to be used with the coffee maker that was in the room. My room also smelled like cigarettes.”

“We had a very enjoyable stay! The staff was wonderful!!! Very helpful and pleasant. The only thing I was disappointed about was the pool. The water was very cold. Otherwise we totally enjoyed our stay.”

“Below average rooms. Perhaps the heavy use by the various groups attending sporting events and conventions makes it difficult to keep the rooms in top working order. To be a Hyatt property the quality of the experience is way off. The common areas were nice enough, but the room itself was long past its prime. Banged up, roughed up, worn down/out. The only thing you get is location; unless you’re attending something at Rupp or the convention center there is no bang for your buck. Staff at……
