「The staff was amazing!
Each day you were greeted with a big smile and told to enjoy your day!
Each night you were greeted with an even bigger smile and wanted to know about all your adventures.
Rooms were very clean and comfortable!
We are sad to leave as we met so many people at the hotel (staff) and around the town that became like family!
Shedding a little tear as we drive to the airport, it’s not goodbye it’s see you later ❤️」

「Was a truly wonderful hotel, from the rooms to the staff to the service everything here was an amazing experience. Found the staff to be extremely helpful and accommodating with top notch service and the hotel is very well located with a gorgeous stretch of beach area and walking distance to the best restaurants and bars in tulum. Highly recommended!!!」

「近公园，但是我没时间去了。房间设施不错，就是缺少水杯。服务态度好，非常有特色，但是这么热的天气没有空调，开风扇吹风又头疼，关掉又热，而且有蚊子、蚂蚁，我没睡好觉啊！」

「This is an amazing place to stay. I would stay again for sure. Very nice beach and you can take the electric car to go to the ruins. The only thing to keep in mind is that getting in and out of the hotel requires ordering a taxi from the hotel since they don't let anyone in and out of the park where the hotel is located. Very friendly staff and the room is very well equipped.」
