“This is a cool place to stay for anyone, and it's a wonderful option if you know and appreciate Frank Lloyd Wright's architecture. My room was comfortable and pretty quiet, and I enjoyed how relaxed the hotel is. There is no pretension or tenseness in the employees. Parking is a snap, and you are centered in the middle of the city, so you can walk out the door and safely explore as you please. Two notes: reception had no idea that its own website mentions a restaurant offer for guests, so……

“The only reason for the four instead of five is because the mattress was not supportive. I told the girl at the front desk. She thanked me and said she would let them know because she thought it was still under warranty. ”

“Breakfast was very good. Massage chair was excellent. One night stay to see family in the area. Nice to have a warm place to stay in a small town. ”

“Very nicely located house in quiet historic neighborhood. Only a block or two from many restaurants, stores, and lake front. House was nicely stocked with almost everything you can think of. Host was responsive and friendly. Would recommend to anyone staying in Clear Lake.”
