“We only stayed one night, passing through London. The person at the front desk was kind and helpful. We needed help with the washer/dryer in the kitchen and he was able to answer our question. They have a large clothes rack folded up in the closet and we used that to finish drying the clothes. “We booked a two nights staying but they downgraded us to a smaller room and claim the one we’ve booked is not available.
