Perfect for 2-3 people. Very clean and well kept. We would have enjoyed the cute patio if the weather was warmer. Close to downtown.

Chic Luxury Retreat – Old Town Carriage House

The title of this property tells the whole story. Chic Luxury Retreat was what we found. Great lighting, great decor... was missing nothing. Wish we had a couple more days to stay. The owners of this property did a great job making it a retreat. Can't say enough. Definitely want to stay here again!

Accurate listing, good property

The property is listed accurately. It is small but comfortable with great attention to detail. Amenities are thoughtful and well taken care of. Property manager great communicator. A drain problem-not out of the ordinary-was fixed promptly during the stay without inconvenience to us. Definitely planning another stay. Nice neighborhood convenient to old town. Second bedroom having no bathroom is inconvenient. But it was clearly noted in the listing so expected.

This is a wonderful property north of old town. It is super quiet and would be lovely for warm Fort Collins nights. We stayed during the middle of October, we weren’t outside the property much to enjoy the wonderful patio because it was parent weekend and we had some things to do. :) One caution I would have is to read the listing very carefully. The second room is detached and above the garage (it states it in the FAQ section…I missed it so it was my fault). But, there is only one restroom so another person would have to come inside from outside to use the bathroom at night. But, the property is clean, accommodations are comfortable and this is such a neatly remodeled carriage house!!

This home is absolutely beautiful, impeccably decorated with brand-new, top-of-the-line appliances and every comfort thoughtfully provided. We came to visit our daughter who recently moved to Fort Collins, and the location couldn’t have been better. It’s in a lovely neighborhood, centrally located, and just minutes from Old Town.The property exceeded our expectations in every way and made our stay feel truly special. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Fort Collins!

Adorable old town cottage house

Excellent furniture, appliances and kitchen items. Great location in a quiet neighborhood. My only negative comment is the outside had tons of small white leaves everywhere which we tracked into the house. The cushions on the outdoor furniture were not covered up and had debris and pollen all over them overall great place
